Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply when you use mixsorts.garden and the services offered through it by Mixsorts Tree Service. If you use the site, call the number shown on it, or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What We Do

Mixsorts Tree Service is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent tree removal providers. We do not remove trees, grind stumps, trim branches or clear storm damage. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers we connect you with are independent businesses. They alone are responsible for their quotes, prices, scheduling, workmanship, safety practices, licenses, insurance and behavior. We do not hire, supervise or direct them. We make no promises about when they are available, how fast they respond, or how their work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written quote.

General Information Only

The content here is for general information. It is not advice from an arborist, lawyer, insurer or financial expert. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider. Where it applies, also check with your insurer and your local permit office.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse the site, disrupt how it runs, or try to get in without permission.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you call or send a form, you agree that we and the provider we connect you with may reach you about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time by emailing contact@mixsorts.garden.

Ownership of Content

The words and design of this site belong to Mixsorts Tree Service or those who license them to us. Please do not copy or reuse them for business purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Mixsorts Tree Service is not responsible for any loss or harm that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is," with no warranties of any kind.

Changes to These Terms

We may change these terms at any time. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept the new version.
